I had an old file with a Chikorita. Pikachu was my partner.

I had a lot of trouble defeating what's-it's-name, Articuno or something. The ice / snow legendary bird. ^^ I restarted the game as a Skitty, but now I'm wondering: For a Chikorita and Pikachu, what level should we be at to be able to defeat it?

Hey superTamagotchi, I know all about Pikachu.

First, make sure you know Thunderbolt or ThunderShock as well as Thunder Wave. Make Chikorita use a spore of some sort. Then use electric moves. Als, thorns from far away or Quick Attack helps aswell.
