ok yesterday my tama evolved into a adult (looks like this ) well i wanted to know when it gets a job

It's 24hrs (unpaused) after your tama evolved into an Adult that you will get mail - a [!] one. And your tama will graduate from school.

Straight away you get another [!] and that is the one that takes you job hunting

So if your tama became an adult at 2.30pm yesterday, you should get the graduation and job hunting around 2.30pm today.
