With slow dancing the guy just puts his arms around your waist, and the girl puts her arms around his neck. Usually when I dance we just talk, and it's not all that awkward!

Fast dancing you should just move your "bottom half" more, and your arms don't really matter. (Please for the love of God, don't do the sprinkler. . . xD)

Thanks for the help on fast dancing. That's what I really needed help on. Slow dancing...Well thanks for the bits of help. I hope it falls into place.
