This morning, I mated my v5. It is now on the 3rd generation, it has two babies, and I have the mame family (for some wierd reason.....).

The babies started normally, but when they evolved into children, my main tamagotchi evolved into mametchi, completely skipping the teen stage. Is this normal???

I checked the description and it actually says Mametchi.

The other one is a Chamametchi.

You get the Mame Family by marrying a Mametchi to a Chantotchi.

And about the teen-skipping thing? It's normal. It happens to all Pure Families. Just wait two days after that and your Mametchi can mate... WITHOUT pausing!
