Your tamagotchi does not really have diets. Each food gives the same amount of weight to the tamagotchi. You can lower you weight by playing lots and lots of games.

Like the others said, you need to play games to lose weight. The meals add one pound the snacks add two pounds.

But if you let it eat to much snack and had a tooth ache when you cure it the snack will only add 1 lb to the weight of your tamagotchi.

playing games lowers the weight and makes ur tama happier. it is better than feeding it snacks. u also get points
