Oyajitchi

After an oldie has a baby does Oyajitchi come out of the egg? And if he does, does he stay like that his whole life? Or does he evolve?

I've heard that he hatches straight out of the egg. Not sure as I haven't bred oldies yet. If he is Oyajitchi out of the egg, I wouldn't think he would evolve anymore.
