when i go on parents i get a different password every time any1 no why

To get the pass click on the book icon and then on family/parents. if you press a enough times you should see a password. You get a new pass each time because they dont want you going to your parents house more then 3 times.

How do you even go to the parents? I know you have to be a higher gen than 1 but how do you increase the gen?

to increase the generation u have to get to the adult level then have kids. if u dont meet someone a matchmaker will appear adn so on. :mimitchi:
