My parent has been around for the last 4 days and I expected it to leave after 24 hours!

Can anyone explain this and advise me most likely outcome.

The parents stay for 2 days before they leave at midnight.

Unless you have paused. Remember that pauseing messes with the growth develoment/time. It may take longer if you oaused.
