Password Help!

HELP!! I went to tamatown and I got passwords for a bunch of stuff and when I put the password in my tama I got the stuff but after wards the stuff I got wasn't there!! !! What did I do wrong?!? Can anyone help? PLEASE,

can anyone atleast explain what happened?!!? ^_^
