Apparently the link was available on the day the pizza game was supposed come out, but it didn't work properly. Then, after that, the link disappeared, and hasn't been put back. So, it seems maybe there were some last-minute problems with the game, and Bandai decided to not release it yet. Hopefully it will be fixed, and made available soon.
