Those are what you call avatars. Go to the top of the page and hold your mouse over settings and then click on "Edit Avatar".

Calm Down!, one they are called Avatars, and 2 go to your profile, and click avatar options, come to me for avatar tips if you want to upload one from your computer that is an option.
