(1)- make sure your letters and numbers are correct (8's and B's. 3's and S's)

(2)- after you log on to tamatown, you have to leave the log on password on until you are ready to leave, because the 2 passwords work together and the sign out code will not work with a different sign in code than when you got the 1st code.

(3)- If that is true, SORRY , you will have to earn the points and prizes again. Bummer

You need to make sure you keep the login password on until you are ready to log out of tamatown, or your tama will not accept the password.
