points glitch?

when my friend's tam died(it was a masketchi)and she pressed a and c,it turned into an egg as usual. then she had to feed/play with the new baby boy,she played jump rope but didnt win,and then i thought of browsing the shop.when i got in,i saw that she had 20000 pts from the last generation!!! i didnt think that was supposed to happen! arent tams supposed to have 0pts after it dies! what happened? ^_^

I'm think V4's leave some points behind. And you said she played jump rope and that's a V4 game.

Please, someone correct me IF I'm wrong.

Yup. On v4 when you have a parent or when the tam dies, it always leaves the points over.
