And I've seen them in Walgreens.

I bought my v4 in Target. I've never bought from Toys R Us, but they seemed to have some tamas instock.

I got mine as a gift, so I don't know.

BUT, I was gonna get a tamagotchi at Walgreens, until I found out they had horrible designs. And I went to get a new one at Toys R Us, but they were sold out!!!
