problem with tamagotchi

I have a big X with some sort of key showing on my tamagotchi. What is this and how can i correct it?

I have tried resetting and restarting and the X comes back. Please help.

i read about that before i think it means your tama need snew batteries

it means the battery is dying.

Yes, that little sign there means that your tama needs new batteries. You can get batteries pretty much anywhere and once you put the new batteries in all you have to do is hit reset hit download and you will have your original tama that you left off with back! ^_^ -RR

You need to change your tamas battery
