Problems with V3

Hi I am having problems visiting parents and grandparents when I go to Tamatown. I do everything it says to do but when I get history my tama just beeps at me. Help!! I want to meet my parents. :furawatchi:

Yes, You need to be on at least generation 2 to see its parents...
