Pyonkotchi?

Is it rare? And is there a certain way to get it (apart from debugging) that you can get it? Like Leaftchis???

its a good charrie. im not sure about the specifics. and also leaftchi (furawatchi/ korotchi) is also a healthy tam.

i havent played a normal tam in a while, but the general idea.

also, check a help sheet for the generations (odd or even)

Pyonkotchi is gotten from almost-perfect care on an odd generation. I remember, I got her when I accidentally left her for an hour or so because I forgot to take care of her at school because I was too busy at the breaks, and I didn't pause her during class. =/

(Note: I refer to Pyonko as a girl no matter what, because that's what she was a girl character in the Osu & Mesu tama.

On the other hand, Furawatchi (aka Korotchi/Leaftchi/Violetchi/Whatever[SIZE=2pt]tchi xD[/SIZE]) is gotten from an indescribable method. He was my first adult ever ^.^ I'm really unsure how I got him, but I got him 2 times afterwards. I know it's on and odd generation though.
