Question about points

When a tamagotchi dies, do we get to keep the points? Or when it has a baby? I have a bad feeling it probalby gets reset each time, but... I haven't gotten that far.

When your adult dies, the baby inherits the parent's points. .

if your tama dies from poor care u wont get the points if it dies and goes on to a next generation u will get the points
