Question about v3 and entama/v4 shells

there is a connection v3 street art (i think thats the name of it, its kinda like graffiti on it and i think its an english version tama) and i really want it, but it doesnt have a back plate on it where the battery and reset button is, could i just unscrew the backplate of my white guts swimming entama and screw it onto the v3? would it fit?
