if I got a young mametchi for a teen does that mean I'm gonna have mametchi for an adult?

Not necessarily. Continue to take extremely good care of it and you may a mimitchi.

Everytime Ive had a young mimitchi, i never get a mimitchi as an adult, but it may happen for you.

well it's not a mimitchi is a mametchi...I dunno if that makes a difference I mean they look really alike. I guess it's the same with all of them.

Does anyone know what a young mametchi can turn into?

And also, when they become an adult can I finally use some of the items like the wings or bowtie?

When they become an adult you can use most of the items. If it's a V2 you can't use the ball as an adult. With v3 you can... Young Mametchi can turn into Mametchi, otherwise what's the point in calling it Young Mametchi?! If you have a V3 I'll tell you one thing: Mametchi has been redrawn, and Obotchi can turn into Mametchi.

Young Mametchi CAN evolve into Mametchi, same with the Mimitchis. But you have to keep taking great care of em.
