ROM Testing?

Does anyone know what ROM Testing does?

If I ROM test will it get rid of my current tama?

To ROM test or Connect With an Egg you have to press A, B, C and reset at the same time. Let go of reset first, then the other 3 and you will appear to arrive at a dark screen. Press A,B,C,A, and the screen says "ROM TEST". Wait for a few seconds and it should change to "ROM OK". Now press A and you will hopefully be at the Stand-By screen for connecting. Connect as you normally would.

And also do you lose all your current info and current tama?

Ooohh, sorry. The purpose is that you can connect with an egg. And I don't think you do lose your info and tama.

yes I read somewhere that you do lose your current tama info.

Yes you loose your current Tama Info

I did this once and I was so heart broken except a got a second V3 so Im kinda happy that I ROM tested it cause now both my Tamas are on Generation 1
