Sanrio Mix Twin star land

Hello, 

I just got my Sanrio Mix in the mail. 

Now busy unlocking the destinations.

For twin star town it says to go outside after 7pm. I've been trying but nothing happens.

Do I need to wait until it is an adult?

Was it raining or snowing? The unlock guide says that it has to be on a clear day.
