Secret Charater

I have heard that if you get 350 skil points in kindness and 450 overall you get a special charater but when I clicked on Info in V4 tama town it said that if you get 900 social points and 1500 points overall you can get 3 special charaters from Kupitchi. ( ) Did anyone do this before? What are the characters? I would try but I have a girl.

Well, I had a Memetchi, and I raised it to have at least 350 Style Points and at least 450 Points overall, and I got a Makiko the same night as I got up to there. I would assume that it would be the same for Nonbritchi (The Special Kindness Character you were talking about), except you would need at least 350 Kindness Points instead of 350 Style Points.
