Select Tama Charector!

I just got a new v4, and when i pulled out the tab, it showed the mimitchi. I pressed a and it showed charectors. I pressed the b button and it beeped and a adult furawtchi was on the screen. Is it a glitch?? Is this a fake??? Please help.

#1. Can you describe what the tamagotchi casing looks like, how much and where did you get it? Some 2 dollar shops sell super fake tamas where you have to choose your tama. #2 Is it shaped like an oval or sort of a peanut shape? The big question is.... #3 Does it connect with normal tamas or does the "infra-red panel" light up instead of connecting does the character shake its head and play a noise when you select connect (if it does that its SUPER FAKE!!)

You can choose betwen those characters and raise them, sadly you won't be able to start again with an egg, sorry, you'll have to buy another one.
