a month ago i had been looking for a v4 and i had to go to 5 different stores just to find one. are they selling out or are they just hard to find

I don't think they are hard to find. There are a ton in the Wal-Mart around here.

There are ALOT At target too. I bought 2 there and my 2 bros bought themselves each one and they had like 5 left. Maybe they go to a different Target. Well the target I go to

Go to a Toys 'R' Us store near you. Look in the electronics section and you will probably see a v4 there. Tamaman55 is right, you know.
