Sign up is busted.

Hello this is bludycomicsinc. I know I haven't been to this site in years but I have a problem. When signing up for music city I get as far as the "review your account page" then I click the next button and get sent to the first sign up page. I thought this was normal at first...but it's been a day and I've yet to receive an activation email. What could be happening wrong?

Ok. Now. I successfully signed up by using a different password but I'm having trouble with the activation code. Where to I put in my email address and code? How do I do it?
