Sit-ups?

You guys who can do them are lucky o_o

I don't have much time left D: It's probably this week.

I need a parent/nurse note or something. I just don't want to go.

I was saved today since we had a sub.

I can do sit ups. For me, they're fairly easy.

However, I don't like doing them. :) A few weeks ago in P.E. class we had a sit up test. I hated it. DX

Er..... I hope I don't sound dumb, but how do you do a sit up?

There are lots of ways to do them. You lie down, knees bent and pull your body up.

You can put your hands behind your head, across your chest, or in our fitness test, put them on the ground and slide them as you pull your body up.

 
Noperz I can onlydo them if I have someone holding my feet down xD.

I can do loads and loads of push-ups but I cant right now because I had that HPV injection so my arm hurts.

There's no way I would get to 8 XDI can do crunches though. Those are a lot easier.

Pull-ups and push ups I can't do at all.

My arms are crazy weak.
Same here. I fall on my face. XD

I can do sit-ups, but I HATE doing them. The stinky gym mats they put on the floor for us to do them on actually make the floor LESS padded, believe it or not. So the rest of the day by butt hurts like mad.

The only thing I hate more is the mile run. At my age, we're supposed to be able to do it in under 15 minutes. This might actually happen after the dinosaurs rise from the dead.

P.S. my high score for sit-ups is 32.

 
When I do them, I get all shaky and my feet go in the air.Last quarter I only got eight on the test D:

Below nine is considered poor for girls my age.
You should have someone hold your feet down.

 
I CANNOT do sit-ups. CANNOT. I will probably give up after like, one. xD

EDIT: I just tested myself. I got zero. ROFLOL xDDD
