Okay, so I do go on second life. I use my mothers account, and I decided that I wanted my own account. Then it started asking me to login to PayPal. I do not have PayPal! I thought it was free?!

Anyway, if it says you need to log in to PayPal and you don't have an account, I'm pretty sure that means you can't do it. D': Or you could ask your mother what her PayPal account info is...?
