Somethings Wrong

My v4 ran out of battery power so i went to the store and got a new one, but after a few days the screen suddenly faded away. I shook around a bit and it came back but it kept happening again and again. Can anyone help me with it???

You're using a CR2032 battery, right? Other models look similar but aren't quite the right size, so may not work properly. If you have the correct battery model, try this: take the battery out and cleaning it with a kleenex. Blow out any dust that's in the battery compartment in the back of the Tamagotchi. Wipe off the battery contacts in the Tamagotchi with a Q-Tip.

I just opened up the back and figured out it was the wrong kind of battery

Oh well at least i still have my v4.5
