souvenirs on a V4 from trip

How do you claim a souvenir from a trip if you can't get to the travel agency on a V4? I took a trip to NY and when I got back, i got a present, but then the screen read Visit Tama Town and went blank. When you go to tamatown, you can't go to the travel agency to claim a souvenir. Please help. This is my third trip and i can't get any souvenirs.

Well. I think Ban-Dai didn't finish that area yet on TamaTown.

Actually when you get a gift it WILL say VISIT TAMA TOWN and you can go to the travel agency in tamatown ANYTIME u want, u no, on da computer. And then the memetchi or mametchi (I forgot which 1!) will give u a souvenire. And u get da password when you log out from tamatown. Don't worry.
