Spazzy Buttons...?

So I decided to steal some batteries from my weight scale(they use the same batteries) to start up my v5. It was actually dieing, so i decided to leave it while it was doing its job. So after they left, I decided to start a new generation.

The problem is that when I try pressing the A and B buttons, it would think that I pressed them 1 or 2 times and skip the icons I want to go to.

Is there any way I could solve this problem without having to take it apart?

Hey! That's what happened to me! errr...what I did was that I took the cbattery out and put it back in again and it worked! I think tthat is one way to stop it.

That sounds unnusual, I haven't heard of it before, nor has it happened to me. You better try what NP-Togetchi said...
