Special Characters on Tamagotchi Connection?

I really want an Oyajutchi, aka Bill; but no ones been able to help me...

Any tips?

I heard you need a Masktchi..

I have two tamagotchis.. in case that'll help.

You don't need a masktchi.

You have to let two adults of opposite genders (a boy and a girl) get old, which means waiting quite a while. Then mate them, by connecting over and over again. You will get 2 babies, and one will become an Oyajitchi.
