If you pause it a lot (for example, over-night), it won't age at its normal rate. Have you been pausing it over-night?

Or, if you reset and download often, it will have a huge affect on the aging process.

That is happeneing to me right now, I got him yesterday and he is a toddler, A v4.5, And is still ZeRo, 0o I wish that didn't happen. I never paused him nor reset or download...weird

i get that quite a bit. but usually in a while after it has turned into a toddler, mine always turns 1yr old. this is probably caused by what binary said... it usually delays the age and things like that.

Yea I had to wait until mine turned into a teen for her to be 1 year old.
