Stuffy Nose...

I have a really stuffy nose and I can't get rid of it! What is the fastest way to get rid of stuffy nose for you?

Eatting something hot or spicy.

I have to wait for it to go away. Soup, does help, because it loosens the stuff in your nose. For me it's worse. I am hot, and my nose is running, I am still stuffed. Ugh. I hate it. I usually just tough it out.

I take alavert before I go to bed. You could also use Vicks. That helps me a little.

I have a stuffy nose right now too! Usually I drink hot cocoa or tea and sometimes I eat ice cream and all of these help a little.

I'm just waiting for it to go, putting Vaseline on my nose every night and carrying tissues.

Hm. I've been through that..many many times. I just eat plenty of RAW garlic with lots of fruits and veggies. At night I put Vicks Vapo Rub on my nose, and even though it feels really weird and numb for a while, it gets rid of my stuffy nose for the night xD.
