It Depends on the Anime.
I usually stay away from 4Kids Dubs. The only One I watched that was a 4Kids dub, was Yu-Gi-Oh. I still haven't finished watching the series [i don't really watch in order]
I'll Watch the Subs, but only if I can't find the Dub Version of the Anime I want to watch.

I prefer anime subbed.
I used to have the FUNimation channel until we went Direct TV (eww.)
I thought most dubs on there were passable.
Looks like FUNimation has Soul Eater now ;P This had better be good.
What they did with D.Gray-man was terrible.
One thing I hate is wrong pronunciation in dubs. One example: D.GRAY-MAN.

Uhh, it really depends... >.>
I'm currently watching FMA in subbed, since for some reason I don't feel like dubbed...
And I watch Naruto in dubbed.
