found another new tamagotchi its called a lotteria tamagotchi very ugly coler though!!!40 dollers also!!!

cool, but too expensive.. and once i ordered a PL2 on ebay payed $120. they never send it to me and the ppl workin there didnt do anything.

They aren't the 2nd series designs, they're the special share holder editions. To get thoose you had to have so many shares in Bandai.

The Vodafone one was produced in very limited amounts (1,550 I think) and were raffled off. They also have a backlit screen.

The Lotteria one has been out quite awhile and is nothing new.

Japan are up to their 5th set of designs, plus at least 7 special edition designs (Vodafone, Lotteria, Shareholder x2, Vivi x2, Special edition (plain white with black buttons and border))

Yeah, I wouldn't mind one of the vodafone ones. Not because of the backlight, it just looks sooooo good.
