Well a good way is to Take modling clay roll it in to a ball then push you tama in to it so it'll be tha right size.

probably a bit. you could knit it or sew some peices of material together.

i would use a thick, strong fabric to sew together... maybe look on the internet for some and take ideas off of that!

Just get a square of cloth and fold it into a simople pouch, then just get a ribbon and tie it around.
