I went to the tamago website and bought a pet cat from there. but how do i bring the pet cat to my ACTUAL tamagotchi?

your help is very much appreciated

Short answer : you can't

Long answer: Ban dai designed pets as a moving piece of furnature, you can't bring a sofa to your tamagotchi, can you? Same basic principal. the only difference is that pets go through a cycle of animations, then return to the original spot.
