Yah on my V2 I played slot and

got 9999 points and tryed to get more but I couldn't

Your friend must be talking about the the space ship you can buy in v2. Its kinda like plane tickets in v3 but once you buy it you can use it as many times as you want . I don't think you can get it in v3...
