Tama Music Star Gift Exchange

I tried on my Tama Star to exchange gifts. I kept getting a failed connection. Went to 'present' and then 'give' and my other 'take' and the connection failed. What am I doing wrong?

Also, what does 'others' mean when you connect them? I tried connecting music star to one of my older tamas, nothing worked.

I think Music Star can only connect to Music Stars and v5s.When connecting to V5s try 'Others', it means others versions, which would be the v5.

i have a music star and colortchi is right. it only connectes to v5 and music stars.

Thanks but my Music Stars won't connect to give each other gifts. I put them on Music Star then Present the one to Give and the other to Take but they won't connect. Any ideas what is wrong?
