Tama Town for v3

I recently bought a v3 from a thrift store (lucky find!) and today I decided to go to TamaTown to grab some gifts for it.

Well, I start getting prizes from the ring toss and crane machine games BUT the password it gives for every single prize is the same! It keeps giving me the password for the passport souvenir. =/

Is this happening to anyone else on the v3 Tama Town?
