TAMA TOWN HELP!

ok i have dial up (hate it) which is low bandwith on tama town and i went to the theatre and clicked on the movie posters and IT WON'T LET ME GET THE SUIVENER!!! iam sooo sad. can i ever get it!!!???!!! it is not fair1
