According to this site, it is actually possible to have the lucky poop on the US version of Angelgotchi.

Its not fake...I got that on my American angel. Yours is real, it might just seem more rare since its easier to obtain on the Japanese version...

This has been rumoured to be on the American release. It look's genuine and really cool. How did you get it? I've been wanting to find out how to for ages now
