Tamagotchi child-teenage help

My tamagotchi v5 has been a child for 2 days and he is till not a teenager what is wrong

are you pausing/ changing the time at all? that might be the reason.

You may just need to wait a little longer. In most cases I've seen, people's characters evolve within a day or so of posting their help topic. Otherwise though, yattatchi may be right about the pausing. Just wait it out for a little while if you haven't been pausing.
