tamagotchi connection help

How do I get on tamagotchi connections at www.tamatown.com??? I log in, click arcade and a little blue van pops up and never loads. What am I doing wrong? How can I fix it? What do I need to do? I just started like 5 days ago and need help so please help me! I also wanted to know if there is any cool cheats or cool codes that I could use (v3). Thanks!
