Tamagotchi electronic board game

So, I have to make this topic real fast, since it's bedtime for me now, but, I was considering buying one of the tamagotchi electronic board game sets, and just wonder about some stuff like, what do you do on it, what does the "electronic tamagotchi randomizer" do? I have googled this but I haven't found anything good. Is it a lot of skill game, or mostly just random stuff?

For those who has got one, or has played it, is it overall an enjoyable/good game?

The ideal would be maybe scanned rules or anything, or just some info about it.
