The ones on the first status screen, between the friendship guage and the number of GP? Those are where the letters Ta, Ma, To, Mo go once you've found them. They're sort of like the seven Happy Items on the TMGC+C.

You can earn these letters by performing certain actions with your Tamagotchi-iD adult character. Sometimes there is more than one way to earn a letter. The actions you have to perform to earn the TaMaToMo letters are different for each Tamagotchi-iD adult character.

I heard that it is the thing (like food and favorite toy) they like the best as adults and you fill each bubble as you figure it out i think i hoped this helped
