What do you exactly mean by "honey"?
If you're talking about food, I own a Music Star myself but I haven't encountered any honey meal or snack.

No. i own a tamagotchi v4 and if you have two then they can get married. there is something called honey. if you ate honey then your tama would have hearts all around them. Then when you connect they fall in love and get married. (Honey is found in items, but bought in the store)

The marriage on the Music Star works differently. Once your tama is of marrying age, a Matchmaker will visit your Tama in certain times of the day bringing someone whom your tama could marry and asks you if you like them.
If you said yes, they'll do the hearts animation and a new egg is hatched. The parents stay with the baby for a day, then they will leave the baby in your hands to take care of.
As far as I know, there is no "honey" item in the Music Star.
