Okay I went to Kmart yesterday and I saw the tamagotchi music star!! and it says ver 6 in the corner!!!!

Discounted, not discontinued.

Discounted means "on sale" or "at a cheaper price".

Discontinued means "not making it anymore".

Also, I'm getting 2 for my birthday XD

I don't know if they're out in New Zealand, but the K-Mart I got it from is at Eastland (if you were asking me).

Wow, the packaging is the same as the one here in the US, except, I don't think it says Ver. 6 at the corner. But I still have the packaging at my mom's house, so I'll go check.
