Hello On the Tamagotchi Music Star, does anyone know the character the boy baby (newly hatched) is?

Are you asking what species it is? If so, it's a Petitchi.

Petitchi is black for a boy and white for a girl. I think in other versions the girl was called ShiroPetitchi, but they are both just Petitchi in this one.
